*We want you to be happy with our service at all times - please read these notes about our 3 hour delivery service.

• 3 hour delivery service is available for orders placed by 1:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Delivery will occur between 1pm and 6pm on the day of order depending on what time you order through the day.
• Not all stock on the site is available for same day delivery. Only stock with Want it now logo is available.
• We will arrange for your parcel to be delivered to Sydney Metro areas within 3 hours of your order being dispatched  Please allow  one hour for your order to be dispatched after placing your order online. 
• For Engraved productions allow 1 hour for your product to be dispatched.
• We will contact you if we are aware of any reason that may cause delivery to be made outside of the 3 hour period such as availability of stock or peak period road traffic conditions.
• Please contact us if you have not received your delivery as expected as there may be other other events beyond our control that may affect your delivery.
• Delivery zones and charges are based on the distance of the delivery address from Ties'N Cuffs distribution centre in Yagoona. Delivery is made by Want It Now courier delivery service.
